The Silver Tips Hotel Munnar, Munnar

Upon arrival, I noticed the rooms had a surprising amount of MOLD in various corners, which was a major downside. The service, however, was fantastic with incredibly friendly staff members who were polite and welcoming from the moment I interacted with them. The location was convenient, right in the town center, easily accessible to all attractions. The dining experience, although with just Indian food options, was pretty basic and limited for those accustomed to European cuisine. The facilities were decent but could use some improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.

This hotel gives you positive vibes and is of nice size. The rooms are decorated/postered with film themes and the breakfast buffet is good. The service is excellent, from friendly staff who made our vacation awesome to very polite security, receptionist, bell boys, and restaurant staff. The location is at the center of town, easily accessible to all attractions, and set up on filmy themes. The dining includes varieties of food, a nice restaurant, but lacks non-veg items. The facilities are globally inspired. The only downside is that it is by the fence in the front and missing non-veg options in the dining.

I had the incredible opportunity to stay in a room that was once used by Sharukh Khan during the shooting of Chennai Xpress.
